Kevin did an outstanding job finding us the perfect home. We had been looking in the area for several months with no luck until we contacted Kevin. Kevin set up several listings for us the very first weekend that we worked together. Not only did he help us find our home that weekend, he recommended our lender and walked us through the whole process. We have moved several times and have worked with several agents during our home purchases. Kevin was by far the best we have worked with and we highly recommend his expertise and services.

There is no one I would rather do business with. Kevin is extremely professional, knowledge and motivated. I would highly recommend him. His experience with social media enabled him to quickly find buyers interested in my property. He also had back up offers lined up for me to ensure the sale of my home.

Purchasing a home can be a challenging process, but with Kevin by your side, you know you are being represented by one of the best. From negotiating the offer, to dealing with home inspection issues, Kevin’s experience and knowledge made the process as smooth as possible. Kevin was always available for questions or to share ideas with. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough. Choosing a realtor should not be. Just make Kevin a part of your team, and you will know you are in good hands.

This was a great experience for my husband and I. Buying a home for the first time can be a little scary, but it helps having someone on your side that has great knowledge and will go to bat for you. We had previously dealt with a realtor dragging their feet and that's when I picked up the phone and called Kevin. Kevin was eager to help us and pulled listing for us to see within the next couple of days! My husband and I were eager to move into our first home, with all said and done, before Christmas; Kevin made that happen! He gave us knowledge of certain areas we may like and some that may not be a good fit for us (new parents with a small baby). After seeing a couple homes we found the right one for us! The process was fairly easy and he communicated with us as necessary to get it all completed. In addition, he gave us a couple of local referrals on some things we wanted to change around the house.It was very important for us as new parents, buying a first home, and moving to a new city that this went just right. I'm glad Kevin made it all possible for us. I would highly recommend him!
